I have not done much exersizing today, except some to dial in and check the accuracy of my wrist monitor. I have walked 5,734 steps today. There was one short walk for 0.82 of a mile that burned only 86 calories. MFP is adjusting calories burned through my daily walking activity by 207 calories. So both together makes for a target of 2414 calories. I ate 2389 calories, which meets my target. Actually there are 25 calories remaining to my target. So I may snack on some trail mix. But I am really full after having oatmeal for dinner.
PS My watch is telling me my cardio fitness is Poor. The thing tells me that I have the health of a person well into their 70s. How insulting! I need to get one that tells me nothing but good stuff. So this watch of mine is obviously broken.
