Nope I took the dismissal papers I got to the lawyer yesterday.. havnet heard back from him yet. He did call me last Friday and said he still doesnt see why they wont give it to me. I qualify. I dont know what to think anymore.

They cancelled hubby's work again today.. He wont go in till Sunday night now.. 3 days without pay.. and no vacation time to use to make up for it.
