Well I don’t have a dx from a doctor because I live in the UK and things work differently here. I have accessed therapy privately and they can’t diagnose.

You didn’t say when did you get a dx, you just asked when you realised you had it, so I didn’t realise you only meant a dx.

I don’t need a dr to tell me what I already know!
