Hello and welcome aboard.
I haven't - at least not to this extent. I've had black out experiences where I had so much panic I thought I was going to die. At most, I lost time for maybe ten minutes. I did feel a lack of control but certainly not as you mentioned. How excruciatingly frightening. You are strong.
My suggestion is to see a therapist, talk about this with others, and do some 'decatastrophizing work' (you will find such sheets and other CBT information on the internet).
