The one thing that helps me most when depressed is making a list of what to do, plan, shcedule.... My problem, however, is that when I fall down in in the dark, it is so difficult to start using a daily plan.
I found these videos at Youtube and hope it may inspire some of you who need some inspiration to keep going with making and/or following plans when depressed.
