OMG! Why did it never occur to me to ask this?! What with you being the nail lady! I don't want to derail your thread, so you can PM me if you'd like. With my BF's medical issues, he has spent enormous amounts of time in bed. He also has this problem (nails curving over). Also, his big toenails are as if they've stopped growing. The big ones are all... how to describe?...condensed down. If you have any insight... is this something he needs to see a Dr. about? (We keep forgetting to ask when we're in appointments.) Is it something that tends to resolve on its own if the covers aren't on them all the time? He says they (the big ones) hurt when he walks. Curious any light you might be able to shed.
(It's from the weight of the covers isn't it? That's our guess. (Getting him to keep them uncovered is pretty much impossible.))
Thanks for any insight you can share!
