I've been away from PC for a bit. That's great! Congratulations!
Since my last update (over a week ago) I've filled in most non-class days with either cardio or various light weights, muscle exercises, stretching and balance. Really just an assortment of not very intense things. Not a routine. I just made it up as I went along. But I'm happy to be getting back to a pattern of doing something almost every day. I've been happy to exercise outside a lot now that it's spring, which is a nice mood boost.

Welcome Altarian. Yeah, the first thing I did about a year ago when I started all this, was go to a stretching class. Like you, my muscles were fairly sore and tired right after that. Years of being sedentary will do that to you.
