awww seeker...I know how hard this is. Tell me, have you replaced smoking with something positive and healthy? If not, maybe doing so will help with the anxiety....going for a brisk walk, taking a long hot luxurious bath....cooking a favorite healthy dish...doing something you enjoy and is healthful to replace those anxious times might be just the ticket!
