Me, too. I am on anti-inflammatory, nothing else, just Tylenol but not much of that. I believe this relentless pain is in part responsible for my depression and anxiety. BUT all the above suggestions do work to different degrees. Am going to invest in a hot tub if am able. Don't give up.
