For what it's worth, I'm on 4mg of Rexulti and I feel pretty good, but it took about a week for me to feel better. (I had visual and auditory hallucinations for 5 weeks straight... until the dose was increased to 4mg.)

I'm guessing the trileptal is making you drowsy because Rexulti never did that to me.
