This week is already rough but to top it off I have some bad memories floating back of the two times I tried to take my life during this week five years ago.
I mean I'm not like super upset or freaking out but it was traumatizing being the hospital treated for overdosing twice.

Today just sucked. Work sucked a lot. So I made an Appointment to see my t tomorrow to process.
