We were discussing phones...I hated the cords on the phones (we only had one phone). I'd be trying to talk to my girlfriend (making sweet talk) & my parents were in the next room! Embarrassing!

I remember getting a transistor radio for my 6th birthday. I'd listen to the Detroit Tiger baseball games after my bedtime with the radio under my pillow.
