In between therapy sessions, you should make a list of things you want to talk about. Just jot them down as they come to mind. You may also benefit from mentally reviewing your past week. What good happened? What bad happened? Any distressing moments?

You can also journal instead of making a list of topics. I don't journal, but some people find it helpful.
