Now I wouldn't for just one session. I might have in the past when I was less stable. My regular T is out for a few months for medical reasons so I AM seeing a substitute T now. It's been very helpful. She uses a different method than regular T and it's nice being exposed to her modality. So, I like both T's and am eager for my regular T to return. But I suspect I'll miss substitute T when that happens.
