AT texas road house: had 4 drinks tonight total at dinner for our friends birthday. ate only half the ribs because I was full of beer.
had 2 rolls and peanuts and then a salad and a baked sweet potato, Iwas stuffed!!!!
I just took a shower, hair is still wet.
I should take them more often since I have been having night sweats/hot flashes. It really sucks!
