Yes, the Angry One is triggered by injustices....he is mean and loud like dynamite and very protective for ourselves and son. When he presents....it’s like being pushed to the back of my head and all I can do is but watch until he’s had his say. Since it’s so unlike me....I am mortified and helpless till he’s finished. When he goes back in...I’m in a bit of a daze often wondering did that just happen...the epiotime of out of control.

So trying to stay calm and averting triggers is very important in evoking this part...it has gotten us into more trouble then I can remember.
