I always wanted to go. 68 years waiting. When there was time, there was no money. And visceversa.

I come from Cuba. We have the warm water of the Caribbean, The bluest water that you will see, and the sand is talc. So it's not a beach what I'm looking for.

I want four things:
a) To visit Waikiki and Maui.
b) To go where the natives go. Food, entertainment, ect.
c) Eat the authentic Hawaiian plantain green and fried.
d) See how they roast the pork under the ground.
a and c are covered. And the grease that losens all the bolts, will make the other two possible.

Other than that, I've been in a few cruises, so this one will teach me little.
I'll eat like a pig and gain another 10 pounds. Maybe more, I think it's nine days.

We are flying from Miami to Dallas. Dallas Honolulu. Take the cruise one way, and fly from the boondocks to Miami somehow.

The price is something else. The insurance for cancellation only is 700.00. The trip about 8 grands. That's saving every penny.
Will we have fun?, maybe. That's my mindset for now. To have a LOT of fun.

I worked in RE for a few years, and the best lesson I learned is that you get happy when the check Clears. Until the check clears you have nothing.
When I see myself in the boat, the fun will start.
