I believe that God or the Universe is always working for us. Yes sometimes crap happens but that is Life. It's not always smooth sailing. I also feel bad when someone I love is not feeling wel!- that just being human. Your boy friend 's episode was just an accident and he will fully heal. You will have lots of "adventures" together and taking each day one at a time you will have more good than bad. This is just a small blip on your screen of Life.
