Hmmm, I've not experienced that issue, but I hope someone can jump in on that. The only thing I've adjusted dose for is getting too wound up or, more often, agitation. Sorry I don't remember the response time, it's been awhile...

(Oh, and adjustments went between 300mg and 150mg)
