I actually have experience with this exact problem. My hands were really shaky because of the Wellbutrin, so I cut back. The tremors eased up a bit, but my anxiety and depression got much worse. I went back up and decided that the hand tremors were a small price to pay for sanity. That said, I am on 300, and it seems to be enough for me. I hope you'll be ok on it too.
