Thank you for telling us about your session. I start with a new T Fri. afternoon, and i have a lot of anxiety about it. I live on the outskirts of a very small town, and there isn't any choice to get a T, we have to take what we can get. I pray that my new T has a lot of patience, and a lot of experience with lifetime trauma.
