I'm sorry you are struggling with this. I can't tell you whether your skin picking is related to OCD, anxiety or something else. I think you have to rely on the mental health professionals in your life for that. Perhaps there's going to be a need for further discussion with your therapist in order for her to come to an accurate diagnosis.
