Going to the ER is one option if you feel you may be in immediate danger. If you see a psychiatrist for medication, that might be another person to contact. I don't know where you live. But sometimes cities or counties have crisis teams a person can call if they feel they are a danger to themselves. Another possibility might be contacting your local mental health association if there is one where you live & asking them for help. They may have volunteer mentors, or advocates, who could help you. The thing is, you don't want to wait until you're so downtrodden that you can't reach out for help. Now, while you still can, is the time to figure this out. If necessary, contact your therapist again. If all else fails, you can call 911 or whatever emergency services number serves your area. Please take care...
