Went with one of my kids and had him in the kayak and me on the SUP and we paddled a canoe trail through a cypress swamp that was a very cool place to be and we caught a few fish, but it really wasn't that much exercise; maybe a mile or so of paddling. Nice Canoeing sounds very fun. 13,500 steps sounds like a lot.
