I'm not in therapy now but I was in therapy for years. I'm not sure if my T is still doing therapy . She's older and maybe she has retired by now. She was awesome and figured out I had PTSD which was the main trigger of my episodes.

I do have a psych NP who prescribes my meds. I need to call her for refills so maybe I should ask for an appointment. I am disappointed that I am depressed despite my life seeming to be ok.

I should go for a drive later- that at least shakes off the sadness for a while.
