@Tucson - I find that walking and paddling help me mentally/emotionally quite a bit. It helps that there are some really scenic places to do it nearby, but even a walk around the neighborhood can be good for my spirits.
EDIT - Almost noon and have 12475 steps already. Walked about 4 miles and mowed the grass. Logged 3 miles of walking. Might not log any more exercise today.
