I often judge my actions by if I was not manic...would I be embarrassed at myself....but having alters causes embarrassment anyways....so we are very sensitive to embarrassment...so, I really ain’t got anything to say except that I tried but see that this may most likely not apply to you or any other singleton out there....so forget I wrote this but not wanting to delete it just in case it might.
