My T asked for my address and email in the first session and assured me she wouldn’t be sending any letters there and it was just for her records.
I wouldn’t have thought it unprofessional if she hadn’t asked for it. I can only imagine she asked for it because if there was an emergency, she could locate me or find my GP surgery
