I am going to Psychological Services tomorrow to meet a new therapist she is going to be seeing me for complex PTSD treatment ,I am to see if I like the way she works and if I think she can help me start seeing her.I am hoping she can help me with my social anxiety and get me to stop being afraid of people.I want to make friends and form intimate relationships.I am nervous about tomorrow.
