Oh dear...is there anyone you could call? Whenever I feel like binging, I try calling people, even getting together with them, for the support and company. Other than that, maybe keep on trying different things to distract you? I know you've got the loud music going- could you journal, read, do errands, etc? I so wish I had more helpful advice for you- I struggle with this too, so I know how you feel. Stay strong!!
