He might be annoyed if he finds out all that has been going on. Like I said, I don't want to completely throw her under the bus, but maybe if certain boundaries are set (and the boss should specifically outline her responsibilities), some of this can be nipped in the bud.
Like the one person above mentioned, I probably need to be cautious, and that's a challenge. However, like I said before, she is not permitted to cross a line in certain areas, and maybe someone in a position of authority can be more specific with her. The big boss has been so busy, that I don't think he knows what's going on.

I wonder if it would help you to go to the Human Resources dept about it, if you have one? It's not exactly throwing her under the bus since you wouldn't be going to your boss, but it does involve consulting with higher authorities. HR is best for resolving and mediating employee issues. Do you have an HR dept? Otherwise, if not, I liked another person's suggestion of gently approaching it. My own approach was very direct & blunt. Perhaps something softer that does draw the boundaries without creating any conflict. It's a tricky situation.
