i had never heard of this before and i was going to ask you if you knew the reasoning to why it is more difficult to adjust to after having psychodynamic T, which i did, and i believe that the overall results of psychodynamic T were not particularly beneficial for me or helping me to recover from developmental trauma and DID.

i googled AIR Network T and found this site which explained the fundamentals well: Midwest Center for Trauma and Emotional Healing

what i read made a lot of sense and wish i would have known about or had this kind of therapy instead when i was addressing my traumas. i might have had much better outcomes for the things i was seeking therapy for.
