You have two families of cannabis.

Indica, from (India) is mid-to-high in THC, and is calming and relaxing. I smoke a few bowls at night in the form of a Color-Kush variety. Sativa is originally from Eastern Asia, too, and has a larger amount of THC (on average). I smoke Loud during the day and it keeps me going strong (and, maybe, a little creative). I smoke so very little of either. What I smoke helps my BP symptoms.
