I walked in the eve(for about 30 min) and did stretching exercises(for about 20mins) afterwards at home. It makes me feel much better and physically good too if I can do these. I plan to do strengthening exercises like squats and stair climbing once I get comfortable with these. Maybe it will take me a couple of months to get used to this routine first and then I can add the strengthening exercises.
My goal: to exercise (30+20)min Mon-Fri. Currently it's hard to do 5 days a week so I m trying 4days a week.
