I've been anxious about work (especially when I start a new job, for about the first 6 months) and have deliberately gotten jobs "easy" for me to do in order to have less anxiety. When I can figure out what sorts of things make me most anxious about a job (answer phones, working in a group or others dependent on my work, etc.) then I sometimes have taken jobs with those tasks to try and work through the anxiety or the opposite, made sure those tasks were not part of the job.
