Just start right now! no better day to start. low carbing you can eat when you are hungry, slice of cheese handfull of almonds during the window for me.
I am eating from 1130am to 7;30pm at the latest. no snacking after dinner.
This is a more strict way of dieting. I will try to stay under 50 carbs for the day. You could just do low carbing and eat when ever you are hungry. Let me know what you think, I will post my meals. I am going to have a squash soup today for lunch and stuffed chicken thighs with bacon. My tummy is rumbling thinking about it! I will also eat some collard greens usually about a cup at my local health food cafe sandras. All organic fruits and veggies.
