It is a hot career but may not be in your particular area at this time. Opening coffee shops might be a hot business but I don't think you're going to get too far in Seattle where Starbucks is headquartered?

Look at dental lab technician and other jobs around "teeth" and go talk to hygenists and to the dental labs in Ontario and ask about jobs, etc. Too, if you go to a local University dental school for your training, maybe you'll want to stay on as a teacher or assistant there? Lots of possible jobs I think.
