Yesterday was such a beautiful day, and it's hard for me to sit, so T and I took a short walk during part of my session. The last time we did that was about 7 years ago! It was SO nice just because she's T! I asked if I could take a selfie of us and she did it with my phone. The photo turned out very nice so I emailed it to her with a note. I'm never going to think we don't have a real relationship. We do! Of course the walk was therapeutic because of my anxiety and sciatic pain when sitting, but my T is so warm and comfortable to be with. I'm grateful I have her.
