I too get irritated when there are no pictures accompanying the merchandise but I dont have a problem when someone describes and names their products in ways that I feel are misidentified or poorly done. used to though to the point where I contacted them and explained what I felt was wrong with their doing this. it turned out to be a vocabulary thing where different locations call and describe things differently. kind of like my state says Soda for a carbonated beverage and a relative says "pop" instead. Soda where she is, is a baking product not a beverage. so for example if she placed an ad for selling or wanting to buy soda she would describe it as a white powdery substance in a bright colored box, vs if I was describing soda I would say a dark liquid encased in a glass collectible bottle or a dark liquid encased in a plastic bottle or a dark liquid in an aluminum can.
since then people describing their products differently then I think they should is not a pet peeve of mine but the lack of pictures is still one.
