Had a good lunch:
1115am rotisserie chicken thigh and leg (ate the skin),
swiss chard
bowl of creamy tomato veggie soup.
afternoon snack 1 oz of almonds
dinner:
5pm 3oz Tuna, salad with onions, celery and 1 cup of tomatoes,
2 tablespoons of mayo
2/3 cup of squash soup
1/2 cup of blueberries
I am feeling a bit peckish, so am chewing on some more sugar free gum.
I already drank 24 oz of diet root beer and la croix.
So this is more a mental thing.
Although I went to the gym and walked 3.2 miles at 5% incline for 66 minutes and supposedly burned 474 calories. So I have a reason to be hungry. But I will try to stick it out and make it until 1130am for an 18 hour fast. Going to weigh myself tomorrow.
Started a yeast/fungal detox today and also started taking a supplement for hot flashes called fermented maca. I ordered something recommended by a forum poster for memory. Can't recall off hand what it is called. But my memory is so poor I will take any thing to improve my recall.
I already take turmuric, and fish oils.
I know this is a lot to start taking at one time. If I have side effects how will I know which one caused what?....maybe I should only start one thing at a time. Think I will wait for the detox....and just start with maca for my hot flashes since that is the most bothersome symptom right now, and wait on the detox and memory until I fully get the maca in my system.
