Tue: I don't remember Maybe nothing? Shrug.

Wed: Rowing, the usual half-hour

Thu: Plyoga class: cardio went well, side plank with leg moves -- um, no

Fri: some legs and core for about 20-30 minutes, including side plank

Sat (today): more rowing, turned up the resistance a little to work upper body a bit more
