I made a total of 10,613 steps. I walked 4.32 miles burning about 455 calories. Not counting calories from todays activities, the adjustment MFP makes, my target comes to 2,545 calories. I ended up consuming 2,673 calories. I miscalculated my calories that I would burn for the day. Next time I will wait until all the exersizing is done before deciding how to fonish the day off with respect to food. Today I just exersized too late in the evening. So this means I am over by 128 calories. I will carry this over to tomorrow. I just cannot exersize anymore today to burn the rest of this off. I may take another less strenuous day off tomorrow like this one. I do not know yet. I am very tired.
PS I went up another TWO points on the fitness scale! I began at 28 and I am now at 32. It still says I have “poor” fitness, that of a 73 year old. How both stingy and insulting!

However, I think UpDownAround is correct in attributing these rather belated increases to my every day exersize. I need to keep this up. People in good shape who exersize every day are in the 50s.
