I weigh 159.4 this morning. Planning kind of a light day (probably under 10k steps) with no exercise logged. I don't want to lose more too aggressively but it would be nice to have weigh ins stay below 160; that would feel like progress. Mid 150s seems like a good range for me to maintain. It's far enough below the top end that I won't be afraid to over eat for a few days if I dip down too low.
