I feel the same way almost everyday of my life. Sometimes feels like there’s not much worth living for when you’re always bogged down with depression. Am I living just to be unhappy? It feels that way.
Although I rarely commit to doing these things myself, here’s some of my suggestions to feel more lively:
• Exercise
• Find a hobby/passion and pursue it
• Have an adventure in nature from time-to-time
• Meet people/socialize
• Read
• Pursue a career you enjoy
• Obtain a pet
• Drink more water
