Same here it's a total nightmare. But just gotta deal. You get the don't do this. Don't talk to this person. And then if you attempt to do it or fail you get attacked and ridiculed. it's been almost 4 years of torture. All I can say is through many mind battles it gets a little easier to cope with in time.
