I am wanting to eat less sugar. Does anyone have any pointers or book recommendations? Actually, I think Coco, you had recommended something to me before. A book. What was it called? I'm not cutting sugar out completely. Just actual sweets, and upping my veggie (and fruit) intake.

This is the book I ordered off EBay. There are others available but this one worked for me. I checked out the reviews and make my decision.
