dont try to 'fix' your body unless u need to by docs reccomendation. all women have little bulges on their tummy, unless they have fantastically lovely big hips. you arent supposed to have a flat tummy. dont go down the dieting pills/not eating route. that is a reeeallly bad route. eat healthily, and we can work out a form of exercise to help, without causing too much pain to your breasts. im lucky i guess not being that large, would it be worth investing in a good sports bra? i know how u feel u no. i hate my tummy, i give yah a tip too. dont look at your body down. u get a really wrong impression of how u look if u just look down at yourself. loook in the mirror instead. if there are particular bits u wanna work on, maybe talk to an exercise expert or someone who goes to a gym regularly to help get some ideas. if u wanna talk bout it im always here to chat (i literally live in PC how sad) sorry if i said something wrong
