I just couldn't work up the motivation yesterday to stop doing other things and do any workout stuff.
So I sat the dog on the screened porch and said, "Today we're exercising outside and we *will* do those planks!"
The dog not only didn't do plank -- she tried to get underneath me while I was trying to do mine.
Not surprisingly, that didn't help.
Did some light all-around strength stuff: legs, arms, chest, back, and concentrated on a variety of that dreaded core stuff.
Fairly light stuff at this point. Used dumbbells for some things and plain old gravity for most others.
It was a lovely day.
