Hi Molly!
Our chat rooms run from a couple of members there to having many members in chat at one time. If you think you might feel more comfy with just a couple of folks at a time, maybe that would be the way to go.
When you put your cursor over the Chatroom button up top of this page, go to "Who's Online" and click it. It will show who is in what chatroom. You can decide from there if there are too many folks, or just the right amount of folks for your liking
Chat can be a godsend for folks, or it can be very difficult too. Sometimes there are different conversations going on at once and it can be a tad confusing...other times, everyone is talking about the same thing together.
The only way you will find out if chat is for you is to try it when you feel comfy enough to do so. Please don't worry if you find it's not for you at this time. There are many folks here who don't go to chat at all and just post on the forums. It's all about what is comfortable for each member.
Take your time.....relax.....give it a try when you are ready. There are some wonderful members who chat often and will be there for your questions. Here is a link regarding chat and some helpful hints on how to use the program.
