10,699 steps for today. I walked 4.1 miles, burning 439 calories. I have not included a small part of the walk. I outdid myself by running briefly four times. My average speed was 4.0 mph for the first two miles, which turned out to be 15 minute miles. My average heart rate was 141 with a peak of 160. Good cardio workout. However, my average heart rate for the last two miles was in the low 130s. This is still good exersize. So I did much better than I expect I would since I was very tired and all worn out last night.

With the 439 calories burned, excluding calories burned during the day, my target comes to about 2,529 calories. I have consumed 2444. So this leaves me 85 calories short. Big deal. I was carrying over 128 calories from yesterday anyways. So all my goals both in performance and calories have been achieved. This makes me more happy. I have been really depressed during significant periods of the day. I am very interested in seeing what I will weigh over the next couple days. I want to get this right in order to both exersize, and maintain my weight at the same time. I do not have the powerful voodoo magic that UpDownAround skillfully practices.
